From fraud and error prevention in the civil service to Assessment & Selection across charitable organisations. I bring support to you in data, selection, equality, reporting governance, operational redesign and accessibility‑friendly communication.

I started this consultancy because so many organisations have data, but not the time, funding or confidence to use it well. My approach is simple: plain‑English insight, accessible dashboards, and practical improvements that make a real difference.

My career has taken me through a range of charity and public sector organisations including: Teach First, Breakthrough UK, Ambition Institute, The Future Leaders Charitable Trust, Scope, The Department for Work & Pensions and Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind. I’ve also worked in partnership with the Open University, The Welsh Assembly Government, Capital One, The Department for Education.
